These terms apply to your participation in the Living Water Clothing Brand Ambassador Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
As a Living Water Clothing ambassador, you'll receive unique tracking assets — a personal discount code and referral link — to share with your audience. When someone makes a purchase using your code or link, you earn commission.
You earn 10% commission on qualifying sales attributed to you.
Commission is calculated on the item subtotal after discounts. It does not include taxes, shipping, tips, gift cards, or other fees.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent are not commissionable.
If someone clicks your referral link, purchases they make within 30 days may be attributed to you.
If a customer uses your discount code at checkout, that order is attributed to you — even if they clicked a different affiliate's link first.
If a tracking cookie points to one affiliate but a different discount code is used at checkout, the discount code determines attribution.
Our internal tracking systems and order records are the final authority on attribution and commission calculations.
Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after each calendar month ends (Net-30).
We require a minimum balance of $25 before payout. If your balance is below that, it rolls over to the next month.
Returns, refunds, and chargebacks will be deducted from your current or future payouts.
PayPal or store credit — your choice.
As an ambassador, you agree to:
Your promotional content must align with our brand values, mission, and public image.
We reserve the right to ask you to remove or edit content that misrepresents the brand or conflicts with our values.
When you create content featuring Living Water Clothing products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, display, and use that content for our own marketing purposes — on social media, our website, emails, and other channels. We'll provide attribution where reasonable.
Without our prior written approval, you may not:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and approved product images solely for promoting Living Water Clothing under this program.
All Living Water Clothing intellectual property remains ours. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative versions of our trademarks or designs without written approval.
We may immediately terminate your participation if you engage in conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, or likely to bring the brand into disrepute or conflict with our values.
Either party can end this arrangement at any time, for any reason.
You must immediately stop using your affiliate code, link, and any Living Water Clothing branding. We will pay out any commissions legitimately earned before termination, subject to our standard payout timing and adjustment provisions.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes in writing. Continued participation after notice means you accept the updated terms.
Keep non-public information confidential — including commission structures, tracking systems, pricing details, and business strategy we share with you.
We don't guarantee any specific sales volume, conversion rates, or earnings. We're not responsible for platform outages or tracking failures outside our reasonable control.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
