Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-refundable items:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Refund

To begin a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at returns@livingwaterclothing.co with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll receive an update via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your payment provider, as it may take a few days for processing

  • Still no refund? Email us at returns@livingwaterclothing.co and we’ll assist right away
