Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for international orders).
Returns & Exhanges
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied:

You may return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Sale items and custom prints are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the package is in the hands of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Living Water Clothing is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for shipping-related problems outside our control.
