Some people fall in love with fashion. I always did. However, more than that, I felt a deep pull to build a brand of my own. For a long time, I didn’t know what shape that would take. But as I began living for God and growing spiritually through discipleship, my vision shifted. That old desire didn’t die; it was redeemed and refocused.

Living Water Clothing was born from that transformation — a brand that glorifies God through what we wear. Our apparel is designed for people to actually want to wear, not just because it looks good, but also because it serves as a reminder of grace, identity, and truth.

🌊 Rooted in Grace

Three Scriptures lay the foundation for everything we do:

• John 4:14 – “but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

• John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

• Ephesians 2:8–10 – “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

  
  

These verses inspire us and define our mission. Jesus isn’t just the Source of eternal life; He’s the Guarantor of it. That’s not something we earn through effort or hustle. It’s a gift. Living Water Clothing exists to reflect that gift — daily and boldly.

🔥 Led by the Spirit, Not the Grind

Without the Holy Spirit, none of this would have happened. The vision, creativity, focus, and clarity all came through my relationship with Him. This brand didn’t grow out of ambition or pressure. It grew out of faith, prayer, and obedience.

📅 It All Started on a Saturday

On February 8, 2025, I woke up with a clear sense of purpose. I knew it was time to act. I formed the LLC that morning, and everything fell into place: planning, purchasing, connecting with suppliers, setting up a bank account, building a website, and creating the first designs.

While at the dog park that same morning, I met a man who ran a t-shirt business. He offered practical tips I didn’t even know I needed. For example, he advised me to handle everything in-house rather than outsource it.

A few weeks later, I met a Christian couple who were selling high-end garment printing equipment in great condition. Before I left, we prayed together in their garage. That was the confirmation: This wasn’t chance. God was opening every door.

🙌 Godly Support, Start to Now

My wife has been my greatest supporter. She believes in me and this mission wholeheartedly. Her role has been vital in keeping me on task, helping me ideate, and, most importantly, praying for our venture. She is an incredible person.

Additionally, I partnered with the SBDC at Del Mar College. I was assigned a business advisor who has been an exceptional sounding board. Her wisdom and encouragement were crucial in the early stages of Living Water Clothing — clearly another divine connection.

💬 To Anyone Feeling Called But Hesitating

Trust Him 100% and take small steps of obedience. If you’re unsure whether the Spirit is leading you, move forward and watch how He blesses your steps. For me, it all started with a Google search and a prayer. That was my first step.

Then, forming the LLC became the next step. Each action I took unlocked the following one. Don’t wait for a burning bush to take action. Ask, “God, is this from You?” and take one small, faithful step forward. This journey is about walking with Him, not waiting for everything to be perfect.
