From Vision to Launch: How We Started Living Water Clothing

Some people fall in love with fashion.I always did — but more than that, I had this deep pull toward building a brand of my own.

For a long time, I didn’t know what shape that would take. But as I started living for God and growing spiritually through discipleship, my sights shifted. That old desire didn’t die — it was redeemed. Refocused.

Living Water Clothing was born from that transformation — a brand that glorifies God through what we wear.Apparel that people actually want to wear, not just because it looks good, but because it reminds them of grace, identity, and truth.

🌊 Rooted in Grace

Three Scriptures lay the foundation for everything we do:

John 4:14 – “but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”
John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
Ephesians 2:8–10 – “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

These verses do more than inspire — they define. Jesus isn’t just the Source of eternal life. He’s the Guarantor of it.

That’s not something we earn through effort or hustle. It’s a gift.And Living Water Clothing exists to reflect that gift — daily and boldly.

🔥 Led by the Spirit, Not the Grind

Without the Holy Spirit, none of this would’ve happened.The vision, creativity, focus, and clarity — all came through abiding in Him.

This brand didn’t grow out of ambition or pressure. It grew out of faith, prayer, and obedience.

📅 It All Started on a Saturday

On February 8, 2025, I woke up and knew it was time.I formed the LLC that morning — and from there, everything fell into motion: planning, purchases, supplier connections, setting up the bank account, building the website, and creating the first designs.

That same morning, I met a man at the dog park who ran a t-shirt business.He gave me practical tips I didn’t even know I needed. An example was giving me info that I used to decide to do everything in-house instead of outsourcing.

A few weeks later, I met a Christian couple selling high-end garment printing equipment. It was in perfect condition. Before I left, we prayed together in their garage.

That was the confirmation:This wasn’t chance. God was opening every door.

🙌 Godly Support, Start to Now

My wife has been one of my greatest supporters — always believing in me and this mission. She helped me stay on task, ideate, PRAY, and is just an overall great person.

I also partnered with the SBDC at Del Mar College, and was assigned a business advisor who’s still an incredible sounding board. Her wisdom and encouragement were crucial in the early stages — another divine connection.

💬 To Anyone Feeling Called But Hesitating

Take small steps of obedience. Trust Him 100%. If you’re unsure whether the Spirit is leading — move forward, and see how He blesses your steps.

For me, it started with a Google search and a prayer. That was the first step. Then forming the LLC. Each one unlocked the next. Don’t wait for a burning bush — just ask, ‘God, is this from You?’ and take one small, faithful step forward.

This is about walking with Him, not waiting for everything to be perfect.
